Deportiva Centroamericana y del Caribe manifest\u00f3 su sorpresa al enterarse por la prensa de que Panam\u00e1 dejar\u00eda sin efecto su compromiso de organizar los Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe de 2022, al tiempo que asegur\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1n soluciones para poder realizar dicho evento en una sede alterna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luis Mej\u00eda, presidente de la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Odecabe<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, inform\u00f3 que la semana pasada recibi\u00f3 una carta de Eduardo Cerda, Director General de Pandeporte donde confirmaba el compromiso de Panam\u00e1 de organizar los juegos por lo que considera irresponsable el manejo dado por las autoridades al tema, ya que de declinar a los juegos deben hacerlo de manera formal y no por un comunicado en los medios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cPara <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Odecabe<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong> la salud es lo primero, y siempre hemos estado en contacto con el Comit\u00e9 organizador para encontrar v\u00edas de soluci\u00f3n que permitieran realizar los juegos y que Panam\u00e1 pudiera garantizar la salud de su poblaci\u00f3n, pero estoy sorprendido y decepcionado de que las autoridades no tuvieron la profesionalidad de ni siquiera coordinar con nuestra organizaci\u00f3n una informaci\u00f3n tan importante\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, declar\u00f3 Mej\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A pesar de esto el presidente de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Odecabe<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> inform\u00f3 que esa organizaci\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 adelante con los juegos 2022 y el el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo se reunir\u00e1 este s\u00e1bado 25 para tratar el tema y comenzar a buscar soluciones y alternativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\"
